MINISTER OF STATE FOR SOCIAL JUSTICE Ie EMPOWERMENT GOVERNMENT OF INDIA NEW DELHI
NAGMANI
Dated :- 20.04.2004
Dear Dr.Awasthy,
It is a matter of great pleasure & privilege to write that NEHM Electro Herbal Medicine a Medicinal Unit of NEHM of India is going to publish a magazine entitling "NEHM ELECTRO HERBAL" a complete health magazine of herbal oriented new Fifth System of Medicines Electropathy. Now-a-days the institutions and practitioners of all the States are facing problems in promoting this medical system despite remarkable support of judiciary. Due to some hinderences made by local administration through media this system is not propagating up to the required standard as the common people are in a confusion for which the cause reflects among the dedicatories who sacrefies their lives in the development of this medical system. Today it is very necessary to bring such a magazine before the common masses in particular the persons related with this system. The magazine itself will contain lot of informations like General Knowledge (Med.), judiciary status as well as medicinal effects which will be very beneficial for the students, electropathy physicians and common people in general who wish to make their career in this medical system. In so far as our efforts for the recognition and development of the system is concerned, I alongwith other colleagues have already met the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India on 16.08.2002 with complete documents including legal orders elaborating the promotional stage of Electropathy being done by NEHM of India. After carefully going through these documents, the Hon'ble Prime Minister viewed and stated that promotion. development & research of any new medical system cannot be stopped and thereafter he advised Minister of State in the Office of Prime Minister of India to forward the letters to Ministry, of Health & F.W., Govt. of India. In response to above letter's the then Hon'ble Health Minister has also confirmed the Minister of State that he has already directed the concerned authority for necessary action. As such I am very much confident that the day is not far when NEHM of India will achieve its goal. This will be possible due to the collective efforts of NEHM of India through your leadership and its affiliated institutions etc. In the last I also appreciate your efforts and putting your experience in the magazine which will not only help to sort out the present situations/problems faced by the practitioners and institutions but also will give a new platform for the development of this medical system. I wish every success of this magazine.
